TGHA elects new board chair and vice chair

GREENVILLE, SC – A veteran of the Upstate’s residential and commercial real estate development and construction industry will be serving as the new board chairman of The Greenville Housing Authority for the next 12 months.

The TGHA Board elected Matt Grandy as its new chair, replacing outgoing chair Racquel Collier, whose term expired. Grandy brings more than 20 years of experience to his post. He has completed real estate projects across the Southeast and has served as a Partner in Terranova Development since 2016. Ericka Reyes, a Greenville-based organizational consultant and nonprofit board veteran, will serve as vice chair.

“I look forward to helping guide our board in the coming months as we navigate the many opportunities and challenges facing affordable housing in our community,” he said.
