OJRSA earns Facility Excellence Award from SCDES

SENECA, S.C. –  The South Carolina Department of Environmental Services has honored the Oconee Joint Regional Sewer Authority with a Facility Excellence Award.


This annual award honors facility personnel who are striving for excellence in the protection of the environment and are meeting or exceeding compliance expectations.  It also recognizes wastewater treatment and collection systems for superior operational performance, environmental protection, and exceeding customer expectations.


“This recognition is about the amazing work our entire team does in serving our community,” said Chris Eleazer, the OJRSA’s executive director. “We will continue striving for excellence in everything we do.”
