GREENVILLE, S.C. — Suzanne Withington and Rhonda Owens are the latest real estate professionals to join Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty.
A Greenville native, Withington brings more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry to Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. This University of South Carolina graduate has been selling and listing since 1990 with some of the top companies in the Greenville area. Withington grew up in a family that invested in both residential and commercial real estate, making it a world she knows well. To her, luxury real estate means homes that feel like a sanctuary. She will be working in the Clemson/Lakes office.
Originally from Decatur, Georgia, Owens has worked for years in customer service and sales. She’s kicking off her real estate career with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, which she said was the obvious choice for her since she wanted to work with a company that has such high standards. Connection is important for Rhonda with her clients. In fact, while out to dinner celebrating having just passed her licensing exam, she met a couple next to her looking to buy a lake home. By the end of the night, they were ready to sign with Owens right then.
