High Spirits Hospitality pivots to temporary venue along the Reedy River

High Spirits Hospitality has signed a temporary agreement to host events at 405 Westfield, a historic venue that is located in the heart of downtown Greenville.

From October through January 31, 2023, High Spirits Hospitality will hold weddings, corporate events, and socials at the 20,000 square foot facility located on the banks of the Reedy River while it finishes work on its permanent location at Judson Mill, which is undergoing a $5 million renovation.

“Due to post-pandemic construction delays that everyone is experiencing, we have made the radical move to rent a temporary space for our events,” said Tammy Johnson, the CEO of High Spirits Hospitality. “This is another way that the event industry is evolving.”

Potential new clients may visit www.eventsatjudsonmill.com/westfield to learn more about the space and book their event.

“405 Westfield is another opportunity for the High Spirits team to do what it does best – create amazing events,” Johnson said. “We are excited to be going to 405 Westfield and know our many partners will be excited too.”

The venue at 405 Westfield is characterized largely by its open floor plan and flexible structure. White walls framed by black-metal windows and concrete flooring complement any event design, color palette, or theme. The venue can accommodate up to 600 guests.

Both the indoor and covered outdoor spaces are accompanied by scenic views. High Spirits Hospitality will focus on holiday parties and other events for the venue.

“High Spirits Hospitality is one of the best event companies in the Upstate,” said Zach Hines, an agent with leading commercial real estate agency Spencer/Hines Properties. “We are excited to have them active in the space while we continue our search for a long-term tenant.”
