GREENVILLE, S.C. — John Boyanoski, Complete PR’s president, is joining dozens of other area CEOs and business leaders for the 10th Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County’s CEO Build.
This annual program recruits influential local business leaders to lend their skills to build safe, energy-efficient, and affordable homes for families in our community, impacting positive change, one house at a time.
Each of the participating CEOs pledges company funding and staff volunteer hours to help build the project house. They also work on-site personally during construction alongside their own team members, community volunteers, and future Habitat families, to broaden their perspectives on issues of importance to our community. This year’s CEO Build is constructing two houses in Simpsonville. In addition, the entire Complete PR team will be doing a build day this spring.
“The mission of Habitat is so vital to the people of Greenville,” Boyanoski said. “It is about more than just houses. Habitat is saving lives.”
When not running Complete PR, Boyanoski believes in service to the community.
He serves on The Greenville Chamber Board of Advisors and the City of Greenville’s Community Development board. He previously spent six years on the board of The Children’s Museum of the Upstate (secretary), six years on the Rebuild Upstate board (chairman), and three years on South Carolina Small Business Development Board (Upstate). He also is the past chairman of the Greenville Zoo Foundation Board and the Greenville Chamber’s PULSE Advisory Council. He was named one of Greenville's Best and Brightest in 2012, is a graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 40, and a graduate of the Greenville Health System Medical Scholar program. He was named the Greenville Chamber's 2014 Young Professional of the Year. Additionally, he is the author of four books including “Reimagining Greenville.”
