Caliber Real Estate’s Racquel Collier graduates Greenville Chamber’s Leadership Greenville class 49

GREENVILLE, S.C. — The Greenville Chamber of Commerce’s 49th Leadership Greenville class has just celebrated its graduation, and that group of graduates includes Caliber Real Estate’s Racquel Collier.

An entrepreneur starting in college at Clemson University, Collier began looking for a career that allowed her to make a difference in people’s lives. In 2018, she began Clemson University’s Master’s in Real Estate Development program in Greenville and realized that multi-family development was her calling. In 2021, she started Caliber Real Estate, which focuses on developing multi-family communities and land.

In the community, Collier is on the board of Ten at The Top and the vice chair of the Greenville Housing Authority.

The Chamber's flagship leadership program is a ten-month experience where participants work in teams on a volunteer project designed to make them more informed, committed, and equipped to be the future leaders of Greenville County. Many of the program’s graduates have gone on to make big changes in Greenville County.

“It’s an honor to graduate from Leadership Greenville, especially alongside so many talented individuals,” said Collier. “The skills I’ve learned from this program, I’ll be able to use every day at Caliber Real Estate.”
