A new $38 million mixed-use development, The Alliance, is set to bring housing and commercial space to Nicholtown. This project is a partnership between NHE, Inc., HF Housing, Inc. (a nonprofit housing affiliate of Hollingsworth Fund), Jordon Development and SCG Development. We saw so much great print coverage on this story, including Greenville Business Magazine, The Greenville News, Who’s on the Move, The Greenville Journal, The City of Greenville and The Post and Courier.
