The Greenville Jewish Federation is hosting three events this month that highlight the way Jewish traditions have helped shape southern cooking for generations. On January 28th, authors Rachel Barnett and Lyssa Harvey will make a tour of the Upstate with stops in both Greenville and Spartanburg to promote their cookbook Kugels & Collards.
