A new 78-unit affordable housing community has opened in northeast Charlotte. Ovata at Reedy Creek is a mixed income community — affordable to households at 30%, 50%, 60%, and 70% of area median income, and accepts housing choice vouchers. This is a joint project between NHE, Inc., and SCG Development Partners; learn more.
