NHE promotes Morrow to Director of Affordable Property Management

GREENVILLE, SC – NHE, Inc., has promoted Joel Morrow to its Director of Affordable Property Management.

A Clemson graduate, Morrow joined NHE in 2023 after holding roles of progressive responsibility with such Southeastern organizations as Coordinated Services Management, DGA Residential and Community Management Corporation. Those roles provided him with experience in property management, operations, strategic planning, compliance, and marketing of affordable housing, senior housing and public housing communities, along with exposure to construction, acquisition, and rehabilitation of communities.
