Parker plans to share her expertise during her talk, “Develop Tomorrow's Leaders: Maximizing the Performance of Today's Young Professionals.” In her talk, she will reveal key data on young professionals in the workplace today, process the four E’s behind maximizing the performance of young professionals (Embrace intergenerational communication, Engage and Equip, and Empower future leaders), and identify prone retention practices using the four E’s and how companies can utilize these tools to maximize young professional performance.
