Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has honored its top agents for August.
In the Greenville office, the top agents for transactions closed for buyer clients were Morgan Coleman and Jansen Young, and the top agents for listings closed were Grace Herlong Loveless and Matt Crider. In the Clemson office, the top agent for listings closed and the top agent for transactions closed for buyer clients was Amy Hammond.
Young moved from Seattle to Greenville in 1993 and earned his bachelor’s degree in information technology from the University of South Carolina. In 2016, Young began working in real estate as a New Home Sales Associate for a national builder based in Greenville and, in 2018, he joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty.
Coleman, a Greenville native, is a graduate of Clemson University who joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2020 and was named Rookie of the Year that year.
Also a Greenville native, Loveless moved around the Southeast due to her work for BMW before joining the Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty team in 2017. In her first year, she sold more than $9 million and was named the company’s Rookie of the Year. She became a member of the President’s Circle in 2020.
Crider, also raised in Greenville, earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington before moving back to the Upstate to pursue a career in real estate appraising with his family’s business. He initially joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty as a Sales Associate but underwent the necessary training in order to become a Broker Associate. In 2020, Crider was the company’s Top Producer and one of two associates part of the Chairman’s Circle for selling more than $10 million in total volume.
Hammond earned her Real Estate Broker License from the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in 1996. In 2020, she became a member of the Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty President’s Circle.
