GREENVILLE, S.C.— Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has honored its top associates for December.
In the Greenville office, Grace Herlong Loveless and Michael McGreevey were the top agents for listings sold, and Loveless and Matt Crider were the top agents for transactions closed for buyer clients. In the Clemson office, Lisa Vogel and David Vandeputte were the top agents for listings sold, and Lisa and Diane Bostrom were the top agents for transactions closed for buyer clients.
Loveless joined the Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty team in 2017. She became a member of the President’s Circle in 2019, a member of the Chairman’s Circle in 2020 and 2021, and won the Skyrocket Award in 2021. She was also a top producer in 2022.
McGreevey joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2020 and became a member of the company’s President’s Circle in 2020 and a member of the Chairman’s Circle in 2021.
Crider initially joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty as a Sales Associate before becoming a Broker Associate. In 2020, Crider was the company’s Top Producer and one of two associates part of the Chairman’s Circle for selling more than $10 million in total volume. He also went on to be part of the Chairman’s Circle in 2021.
Before Vogel joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, she was one of the top 5% of agents at a different brokerages and a member of the firm’s President’s Circle Society. Prior to that, she was the Broker-in-Charge for one of the largest North Carolina real estate companies. In 2022, Vogel had the highest sale for anyone in the Clemson office.
Vandeputte joined the Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2021, bringing his expertise from years of working for other brokerages.
Bostrom has been with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty since April 2021 and she became a member of the Chairman’s Circle in 2021.
