GREENVILLE, S.C. — Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty is welcoming two new realtors: Kristen Cox and Story Cosgrove.

Kristen Cox has a degree from the University of Oregon and she moved to Greenville from Portland, Oregon in 2018 and has a background in home design, renovations, and woodworking—she’s a current member of the Greenville Woodworkers Guild. To her, luxury real estate is all about exceptional craftsmanship, amenities, finishes, and features. It means prime locations and coveted communities. All of that plus a shared commitment to ethical values and excellent client service is what brought her to Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby's International Realty.

Story Cosgrove is a Greenville native with a degree in Applied Economics from Clemson University and a Master’s of Business Administration from the College of Charleston. Before diving into the world of real estate in 2021, Story worked as the Director of Operations at Piedmont Petroleum Corp. He was also owner and operator of Saluda River Coffee Co. (2017-2021). For Story, luxury real estate is about sharing spaces that have been designed and curated to such a high standard, that when you’re in that space, you cannot help but feel energized and inspired.
