Dan Wagner honored as one of South Carolina’s most influential

GREENVILLE, S.C. — Merging a career of business acumen, civic involvement, and mentoring, Dan Wagner was honored this week as one of the Most Influential Leaders in South Carolina by SC Biz News.

Honorees were selected based on professional experience, community involvement, and a commitment to inspiring change. Information was gathered from nominations, applications, and letters of recommendation.

As the founder and CEO of Wagner Wealth Management, Wagner’s leadership has helped the company rise to be known as one of the most respected wealth management firms in the state earning honors such as Best in the Upstate three straight years, Best of South Carolina three straight years, two Empowering Women Honors, Greenville Chamber Small Business of the Year Finalist, and many others. Personally, he was named one of Top 25 Wealth Advisors in the country by Bank Investment Consultant Magazine in 2005.

In the community, Wagner serves as a board member for the American Red Cross (local chapter) and has been closely involved with Southside Christian School and local non-profit organizations such as Let There Be Mom and Carolina Loving Hound Rescue.

Wagner also volunteered with the P.A.W. Journey program with Clemson University. P.A.W., which stands for “Passionate About Winning,” is a program for Clemson Football scholar athletes to enrich their leadership skills and learn how to apply those skills in everyday life and their future careers.
